Clara Anderson, Vice President of Contracts at Information Systems Laboratories, Inc. will be co-presenting at the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) SubCon Training Workshop (March 29th-30th).  This interactive, deep dive workshop will explore what goes into making a bid or no bid decision for both prime and subcontractors.  The session will begin with a deep dive into the most important considerations including historical information and probability, profit, schedule, skills, resources, risk, and future opportunities. Contracting professionals will then use specific tools for organizing the decision-making processes and put these into action as they consider real bid or no bid examples and make a company decision.  Clara Anderson has over 20 years of leadership experience in contract management, pricing, proposal management, business operations, and strategic planning.  Clara is a Fellow of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and continues to serve as a NCMA Board Committee Member.
