ISL’s RFView® is an advanced, site-specific radio frequency (RF) simulation and analysis tool
that offers highly accurate characterization of complex RF environments.
Built on ISL’s industry-leading Splatter, Clutter, and Target Signal (SCATS) RF phenomenology engine, RFView® provides characterization of target returns, direct path signal, ground scattered signal (clutter for radar), direct path signals from interferers, and ground scattered interference signals (hot clutter, splatter, or terrain-scattered interference).
RFView® users can enter simulation parameters into a web interface and run a task remotely on a high-performance computer cluster to ensure timely simulation results. There is no need for special computing software or hardware. Once the simulation is complete, the data is available on the RFView® website or can be downloaded. In addition, the user can easily set up a simulation with multiple CPIs along a flight path or simulate a bistatic scenario.
