Aurizn and ISL forge U.S.-Australia partnership to accelerate defence capability development
Industry unites to deliver integrated electromagnetic simulation solutions for allied forces
Australian defence innovator Aurizn and U.S. technology leader ISL have entered into a strategic partnership to advance capability development for allied forces. This collaboration brings together two nations’ industrial strengths to deliver complex electromagnetic simulation solutions that reflect the complexity of today’s battlespace.
Together Aurizn and ISL will work to enable U.S., Australia and allied nations to characterise, assess and digitise mission environments across all domains – air, land, sea and space, and in doing so support the deployment of an interoperable, hybrid force.
The partnership combines Aurizn’s expertise in synthetic environments and advanced electro-optic and infrared technologies with ISL’s real time radio frequency software products to enable multispectral modelling and simulation. Together, these capabilities create a high-precision modelling and evaluation framework, enabling defence forces to plan, rehearse and engage in complex EMS missions with confidence.
Aurizn works closely with the Defence Science & Technology Group as the commercialisation partner for Infinite Studio, Australia’s only radiometrically credible multispectral simulation platform. Infinite Studio will be central to this effort, providing a realistic synthetic environment for technology development, testing and evaluation. ISL’s validated high-fidelity RFView® technology products extend this capability, ensuring Defence can assess both crewed and uncrewed systems, platforms and technologies in joint and domain-agnostic scenarios.

The partnership also aligns with AUKUS objectives, reinforcing technology interoperability between U.S. and Australian defence technology leaders at a time when programs are converging across spectrums and domains.
